What payment methods do you accept?

Inside Outside Furnishing & Lifestyle currently accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfers, zipPay and Afterpay.  We accept credit cards through PayPal - there is no need to join with PayPal, you can simply use this platform to process a payment from your credit card.  

How long does delivery take?

Normally your purchase will be dispatched the next business day, though sometimes there can be a delay due to large order volumes.

Where are your items delivered from?

Our products are dispatched from warehouses all over Australia, depending on the item.  We currently send out products from Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Sydney, Gold Coast, Perth.

Do you ship to an international address?

Due to the size and weight of most of our items we only deliver within Australia.

How are the items delivered?

Your purchase is shipped via Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please, Hunter Express or Allied Express according to the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will also be provided after dispatch. Please allow two business days for the tracking number to update.

My tracking number is not showing up, is it correct?

Please give up to two business days for your tracking number to be activated, sometimes the initial scan is missed by the carrier and the tracking does not update online until the item is with the driver for delivery.

Can I use my own delivery service?

We only use our nominated carriers for delivery.

Can I collect my purchase from your warehouse?

Unfortunately due to OH&S restrictions, we do not offer collection from our warehouses.

How can I cancel my order?

Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. As we operate a fast and automated dispatching system, but need time to respond to your message, we can only do our best to help. Failure to collect or accept the item and return will generate a cost for restocking as well as any delivery charges. There will be a 10% restocking fee for change of mind prior to the order being transferred to the warehouse for dispatch.  Returning on the product if not faulty will be liable for the internal shipping costs which depend on the item/size. Please contact us for specific pricing on this.

How long does it takes to receive my delivery?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;

For customers in QLD, NT and TAS, approximately7 - 10 working days.

Delivery time only starts after payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.  It is not normal practice for the delivery driver to contact you prior to delivery.

When will the item be dispatched?

Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received. Payment can take up to 3 days to clear in some cases. We endeavour to get your product out to you as soon as possible. 

Where can I find the delivery information?

Tracking information will be emailed to you. Please give up to 2 business days for it to update with the carrier. We have no control over delivery times only expectations.

Is shipping free on my delivery?

Inside Outside Furnishing & Lifestyle offers free shipping to most of Australia on our extensive range of affordable furniture, homewares and lifestyle products.  For some heavier items, there may be an additional delivery fee, refer to our delivery guide or contact us at info@insideoutside.store for more information.

I live in a remote area, can you deliver to me?

If you require delivery to a postcode listed as 'remote' on our delivery guide page, please contact us at info@insideoutside.store with the item you wish to purchase, your town and postcode and we can arrange delivery - however please be aware there may be a delivery fee to do so.

Do you offer package deals?

If you would like to discuss a package deal, we can arrange a quote for you. Contact us on info@insideoutside.store with the list of your items, as well as your delivery suburb and postcode and we will investigate the best price for you.  

Do you sell giftware?

Yes.  Inside Outside regularly curates a specialised range of gift suggestions for celebrations such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and Christmas.  If you are looking for gift inspiration for a celebration or event, search our blog, or contact us via info@insideoutside.store and we can give you a list of gift ideas.
